Fitting
Fitted in a minute. No tools.

Twist
Unscrew the knob from the magnetic head and fit it onto the ball of the hook or clip.

Fix
Push the hook behind a vent blade, or clamp the clip onto it, then tighten the knob.

Snap
Bring your phone close. The magnets pull it into place. Turn it 360° to the angle you want.

Which phones does it work with?+
iPhone 12 and later with MagSafe. For other phones, stick the round metal ring from the box onto the back of the phone or case.
Does it work through a case?+
Yes with MagSafe-compatible cases. A thick case without magnets weakens the hold, so use the metal ring on the outside of the case.
Hook or clip, which should I choose?+
The hook suits horizontal vent slats and locks in very firmly. The clip suits thin or rounded blades. If you are not sure, the Dual Mount gives you both.
What do I need to power the wireless charger?+
A USB-C car adapter with at least 9V 2A output, which is not included. The cable is built in and 1 m long. It charges at up to 15W.
Can the charger and the mount be used together?+
Yes. The charger is a magnetic disc that sits on either mount, so you can add it now or later.
How fast is delivery?+
Orders are sent with Royal Mail within one working day, and usually arrive in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery is free over £15, otherwise £3.50. UK only.
What if I want to return it?+
You have 30 days from delivery. Items need to be unused and in the original box. Email info@ssuction.com and we will send you a return label.
