Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses with Royal Mail.

• — Free delivery on orders over £15. Below that, delivery is £3.50.
• — Orders are dispatched within one working day (Monday to Friday).
• — Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
• — You will get an email with tracking when your order is sent.

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. It needs to be unused and in its original box. Email info@ssuction.com with your order number and we will send you a return label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

• — Return labels are free.
• — No restocking fee.
• — We refund the price and the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Our guarantee

Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you change your mind, return it unused in its original box within 30 days and we refund you in full, delivery included. On top of that, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply if anything is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us straight away and we will put it right.
