Ordering
These terms apply when you buy from ssuction.com. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
We sell to customers with a UK delivery address only.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery costs £3.50, or is free on orders over £15, and is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.
Delivery
We send orders with Royal Mail within one working day, and they usually arrive in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will refund or resend it. See Delivery & returns.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We go further and accept returns of unused items in their original box for 30 days. Email us first and we will send you a return label at no cost to you. We refund the price and the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law provides.
Using the products safely
Fit the mount so it does not block your view, airbags or controls, and set up your phone before you drive. The UK Highway Code does not allow you to hold or use a hand-held phone while driving. Follow the instructions in the box, and use the charger only with a suitable USB-C car adapter.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to put things right.
