Good to know

What do I need to power the charger?+

A USB-C car adapter of at least 9V 2A in the car's 12V socket, which is not included. The charger has a built-in 1 m USB-C cable and an output of up to 15 W. How fast your phone charges also depends on the phone and the adapter.

Does it need a mount?+

Yes, it is a magnetic disc that sits on the head of the Hook Mount or Clip Mount. The Complete Kit gives you a mount and the charger together for less.

How long does delivery take?+

Royal Mail to UK addresses, dispatched within one working day and usually 2 to 4 working days in transit. Delivery is £3.50, free on orders over £15.00.

Is there a guarantee, and can I return it?+

Yes. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee: return it unused in the original box within 30 days, with a free return label, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it. If anything is faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. See delivery and returns.

Not the best
It's great at charging fast, especially through thicker phone cases. However, your phone case has to be magnetic; mine is plastic so I had to buy a magnet sticker, and even then the magnet on the charger cannot hold the weight of a normal phone if it's mounted in a car vent or anything slightly vertical. I'll use it at home on my table, but wouldn't recommend it for car use.

Worked as required
Used on Samsung S22 in a case, only buying again as I left it in a bus.

Waste of money, does not stick on your phone like it shows it should do.

As reliable as a full English breakfast on a Sunday morning! I use it both in my room and at the office, and it keeps my devices charged better than a cuppa keeps me awake.

Fast charging
I installed it under a 3mm rubber mat on a little shelf and it works perfectly through that and through my phone case. The lead is plenty long enough for any car and it works well even if the phone isn't perfectly positioned. Charging is fast.

It doesn't charge, and the advert shows it as a car phone holder.

Really useful and effective
I've used some wireless chargers in the past but they have never been quite right. These are perfect: the magnetic feature is really handy and the fast charging really is fast. I have bought a spare one for my family.
