SSUCTION is a brand of Segment Pro Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 13809041), registered office 2nd Floor, 10-12 Bourlet Close, London W1W 7BR. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions about your data: info@ssuction.com.

When you place an order we receive your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, and the details of what you bought.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and we never see or store them. Stripe tells us whether the payment succeeded.

If you email us, we keep the emails and the details in them.

• — To process, deliver and support your order, and to handle returns. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• — To keep accounting and tax records, which the law requires.
• — To answer your questions, which is in our legitimate interest and yours.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and we do not sell your data.

• — Stripe, to take payment.
• — Royal Mail, to deliver your order.
• — Our email and website hosting providers, who store data on our behalf.
• — Google, for website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• — Google Customer Reviews, only if you choose to take part after your order. Google then emails you once to ask about your purchase.
• — HMRC and our accountants, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

We keep order and accounting records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires. Emails with no order attached are deleted when they are no longer needed.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, but only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email info@ssuction.com and we will reply within one month.
