Windscreen phone holder
A windscreen phone holder attaches to the inside of the windscreen, usually by suction cup. GOV.UK lists a windscreen mount as a hands-free option, as long as the device does not block your view of the road and traffic ahead.

If you would rather keep the windscreen completely clear, an air vent mount holds the phone below the line of sight.
